The newly renovated villa (280 m²) is located in Ciutadella de Menorca and accommodates up to 8 guests in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. You benefit from self check-in, private air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a workspace. For families, a baby cot, high chair, booster seat, as well as a children's room with toys and books are available. The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso machine, milk frother, air fryer, kettle, wine glasses, wine fridge, and a remineralized reverse osmosis water supply for drinking water. In the private garden, you will find a chlorine-free pool with automatic electrolysis, making swimming especially gentle on the skin. A pool safety fence is available on request and for an extra fee. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a separate outdoor toilet are also provided. Sun loungers are available by the pool. Parking is available at the house and on the street.
